ATK is an American off-road motorcycle company started by Austrian engineer Horst Leitner, named after his patented anti-chain-torque rear suspension. It built desert and motocross bikes with Rotax engines, later badge-engineered bikes from other makers, and today mainly supplies parts for ATK and Cannondale machines from Centerville, Utah.
