Wow! NastyNils flew to Shanghai to visit the CFMOTO company on-site just for you? What’s behind the brand? This exclusive factory tour in Hangzhou shows you the most advanced motorcycle plant I’ve visited so far. In this video, I’ll take you through the CFMOTO production line, where up to 400 bikes roll off the line every day. You’ll see revolutionary manufacturing technology with flexible low-floor vehicles that allow multiple motorcycle models to be assembled on the same line in a single day. Why are CFMOTO bikes so affordable? The answer lies in China’s tightly integrated supply chain and high efficiency – the company has been producing in Hangzhou since 1989, with all materials and labour sourced locally. One of the highlights was seeing the production of the 450 MT live – a bike that’s become incredibly popular in Europe. After assembly, every bike goes through a full test track with comprehensive function checks. CFMOTO employs 6,000 people worldwide and ships between 80,000 and 100,000 vehicles every month. Their product range includes everything from luxurious side-by-side vehicles to minimalist motorcycle models. What’s coming next? CFMOTO aims to become a full-range manufacturer and is already preparing new supersport models for the Milan show. This factory tour makes it clear: CFMOTO is set to shake up the European motorcycle scene. --------------------------------------------------------- Other channels from 1000PS: All review articles: https://www.1000ps.com/en-us/articles 1000PS.com: https://www.1000ps.com/en-us Instagram: / reels Tik Tok: / 1000ps_official YouTube / @1000pscom --------------------------------------------------------- 1000PS Partner Links: ▶ Continental Tires: https://1000ps.to/ytcomcontinental ▶ Motorex Oil of Switzerland: https://1000ps.to/ytcommotorex ▶ Calimoto Navigation App: https://1000ps.to/ytcomcalimoto ▶ CHIGEE: https://1000ps.to/ytchigee
