Threw a set of Renthal bars and grips on my bone stock YZ250X and some mousses in the tires and made an attempt at 5 Miles of Hell outside of Moab. This was my first time ever riding this trail so I was hitting it blind on a bike I had never ridden! Made a few wrong turns and couldn't feel my clutch finger the whole time because it was a high of 34 degrees out that day. I think Ryan Wells may have the world record still on the Stark, but it was extremely close between us. He measured the time off his phone, so his actual time is unknown. Looks like I will have to just go and make another attempt with more time on the bike and maybe actually watching some footage ahead of time so I know where I'm going.
